An APCD consultant studies your process and dust, finds why an existing system is underperforming, and recommends equipment that meets the emission norm reliably.

Application study: dust type, particle size, temperature, moisture, airflow and emission limits
Root cause analysis: low suction, high differential pressure, bag failure, leakage and fan vibration
Equipment selection: bag filter, cyclone, wet scrubber or ESP
Fan selection: duty point, static pressure, efficiency and motor sizing, using fan design software
